When ordering our products or registering as a user of our service, there are a few things you need to know.

By ordering our products and/or registering with RoKi Shop, you acknowledge that we process the information you provide (name, address, phone number, email, your orders). We may manually or electronically transfer this information to our operational management system and from there to our mailing system. Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering with RoKi Shop, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and agree to keep your information up to date. Delivery Costs and Prices

The delivery fee is €10.90 per shipment. The price includes both postage and other delivery costs.

Payment Terms

Orders are paid at the time of purchase through the Visma Pay payment service. You can use credit card payments as well as Finnish online banks. Card payments are made securely using Nets’ SSL-secured payment form. Neither the online store nor Visma Pay has access to credit card information, and payment card information is not stored in our systems.

Parental Consent

If you are not yet 18 years old, you must ensure that your parents approve of your order.

Delivery Address

We will deliver ordered products to the address you provide by letter package or, if the ordered products do not fit in a letter package, we will deliver them to the nearest post office.

Delivery Time

The delivery time is typically 5-7 business days. In some cases, the product you ordered may be temporarily out of stock in our inventory, and in such cases, it will be backordered to the recipient. This may be due to an error in our stock balance. If the product is out of stock, we will notify the recipient by email within 1-3 days. Please contact us if you wish to cancel the backorder or if you have questions regarding the delivery time, etc. If a product is backordered, it means a delay in the order. You can cancel the backorder through our customer service free of charge.

Return Policy and Purchase Protection

You have a 14-day exchange and return policy. The product must be unused. You can return the package via Posti to the address below. If you have paid for the product with a payment card, the payment will be refunded to your card. The original postage fee associated with the order will not be refunded.

NOTE! Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for name-printed T-shirts or fan shirts, and they cannot be exchanged for a different size due to the printing.

Purchase Terms

RoKi Shop reserves the right to printing errors, typographical errors, pricing errors, price increases from suppliers, stock delays, and clearance sales. RoKi Shop has the right to withhold orders. All prices include value-added tax. Offers are valid as long as the products are in stock. Offers and campaigns without an end date are valid as long as the products are available in our stock. When you order a product, you will receive an order confirmation by email. You can review your order details in the order confirmation. Always check that the information in the order confirmation is correct. If you have any questions or want to cancel or modify something in your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

Reporting Product Defects

We are responsible for product defects even after the above-mentioned 14 days. However, please inspect the product immediately upon receipt. If you find a defect, please contact us immediately to rectify the situation.
